Winrate is only shown with ≥ 10 sample lists (below that it reads «n/a») and does not decide the tier — with one exception: an archetype with ≥ 1% of the meta and a reliable winrate < 45% drops a tier (present but losing). Archetypes are classified using the public MTGOArchetypeParser (Badaro) rules and the snapshot is regenerated every night.
